We must learn how to utilize the sensibility human  and social inside the companies to make more effective the work, is important the productive part, the money, equipment, elements, i mean,economic interest. But with respect to people  is a process of directing their efforts,  motivating them, control their actions, modifying their behavior to fit the  need of  the organization in pro of the objetives of all.

I believe the enterprises when satisfies the  needs of the employees grows, comply their objetives, however,not  to leave to side the discipline and the order.

The man whose needs for independence, safety, association are satisfied worked best.

The forms of behavior are give of  social  needs and individual.

Customer service  means giving customers a chance to make their feelings known. Some suggestions for finding out what  customers want--and what they think about customer service:nurture a human bond with customers and prospects, be active in trade organizations, and pay attention to what your customers are doing, ask for feedback. Survey your customers regularly to find out how you're doing,  call them on the phone,  set up focus groups and ask for suggestions a customers.

The goals of occupational safety and health programs include to foster a safe and healthy work environment. OSH may also protect co-workers, family members, employers, customers, and many others who might be affected by the workplace environment. In Colombia  the term occupational health and safety is referred to as occupational health and occupational and non-occupational safety and includes safety for activities outside of work.
Occupational safety and health can be important for moral, legal, and financial reasons. In common-law jurisdictions, employers have a common law duty (reflecting an underlying moral obligation) to take reasonable care for the safety of their employees,Statute law may build upon this to impose additional general duties, introduce specific duties and create government bodies with powers to regulate workplace safety issues: details of this will vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. . Good OSH practices can also reduce employee injury and illness related costs, including medical care, sick leave and disability benefit costs.

1. Provides excellent customer service

2. Manages the Client Services Coordinators (creates staff schedules, manages workflow, handles staffing and employee issues, enforces departmental policy and procedures, is a best practices example for Client Services Duties, etc)
3. Accurately performs registration process for new and existing clients
4. Schedules appointments according to established procedures
5. Make reminder calls to clients
6. Meets agency participatory expectation
7. Assure that staff is provided with proper training, instruction, tools, and methods to perform their jobs.
8. Lead and motivate staff in handling change, building trust, and partnership. Encourage and build a team environment.
