The Training and Developing Employees:

Development is  any more than conveying information to employees - it's guiding and supporting them to evolve that information into knowledge that can be applied as skills in order to achieve the goals of the organization and its people -- and it's guiding and supporting those people to learn at the same time.
Businesses used to partner with employees to carry out employees' career planning and development.  Now, businesses are coming to view career development primarily as the employee's responsibility.

Very good your blog, especially the part of that development is more than the transmission of information to employees, guide and support is evolving that information into knowledge that can be applied as skills in order to achieve the objectives of the organization since each employee has a skill that you have to work and support in the process of its formation within the organization.
